We Went Deeper
You awake from a strange dream in a strange time. You've been working alongside a team of miners, engineers and scientists in the hopes of finding a material that could help to alleviate the struggles of a world where electrical power is in extremely high demand and ever shorter supply, and war and famine seem inevitable. At least that's the reason you continue to tell yourself as go ever deeper, and deeper into the earth.

An interactive fiction made in Twine in 2025. This one makes use of a wide variety of features as a result of experimentation for the sake of educational demonstration. I've been teaching people about pacing techniques and why we should use them as a part of explaining the nature of game narratives as a whole, and being able to bring up a specific story passage and show off an example is invaluable.
